- 45 options. Mutts are welcome: they go in as Mixed Breed.

- Up to 500 characters about what they love.
Under Details you also add size, color and gender.

In Maximum Distance you drag the radius anywhere from 1 to 300+ km. Dogs inside it show up in your deck, closest first.

Matched? Now it's just the two of you talking.
On the Match screen, tap Send a Message and the chat with the other dog's human opens. It's plain text chat. If you hit it off, you two sort out the rest.

- You pick a reason. The profile is never told who reported it.

On the profile, tap Share profile and pick Share to story. The app builds a portrait image with up to 4 photos of your dog and opens your phone's share menu. Then just pick where to post.

Is it free?
Yes. Downloading and using it costs nothing: profile, swiping, matches and chat. The free version has a daily like limit and shows an ad after a match. Premium is optional: it gives you unlimited likes, removes the ads, lets you rewind to the last doggie and puts your dog first in line for the dogs you liked.
Does it work on my phone?
It works on iPhone and Android. Just get it on the App Store or Google Play. There's no browser version, Pegada is a phone app.
Can I add a mutt?
Of course. When you pick the breed, choose Mixed Breed. It's one of the 45 options on the list.
Do I need a password?
No. You type your email and we send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're in. If you don't have an account yet, it's created right there. The code works for one hour.
Can people see where I live?
No. The card only shows how far away you are, rounded, like 3km. Your address and your spot on the map don't show up for anyone.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to your profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. It's permanent, there's no undo. Without the app, do it on the web: send an email to support@pegada.app asking for the deletion.
Is it in Portuguese too?
Yes. The app is in English and Portuguese. It follows your phone's language, and you can switch it on your profile, under Language.
